We did great, spiral lance is an item that can just sit in you inventory forever and be consistent damage, which Tote oft lacks.
Oh yeah and we had just an insane amount of energy, which might have helped.

Mossy Brick is heavy. Ghostly protection. Loot box still doesn't give out carvings.

If you slap a mossy brick at the top of your backpack, it will fall until it hits a Heavy item or the bottom - discarding all carvings that were beneath it For Free. Its basically a green candle that can give you block under certain conditions, and works in a column Additionally, placing green candles next to the wand of dreams counts as playing a carving, so you should make an effort to discard from applicable tiles. I'd recommend having a wand of dreams positioned vertically next to some empty column for you to stuff with block and armor items, and then Mossy Brick them all out of existence (and use green candle on the other side of the wand). Also, if you just keep two chanterelles, undiscarded, in your backpack, they give you two haste per turn, and because of that, it's like free archangel armor

Malady has to be placed on top of an item to bug out. If placed in an empty space it works correctly.

Worth repeating. Lootbox creates any valid item of similar size. Any non carving item created will displace and destroy any item it's placed over. Used as a free carving and curse removal. Spiral spear is just bonkers because of the pierce.
