After a fantastic trip away in the Victorian High Country chasing Sambar Deer I thought it was time to delve into the gear we took with us. What worked and what didn't and in this Fifth video I talk about the Camera Gear used on this trip.

No problems Hank. There are some really nifty gadgets available now. Finding out about them is half the battle. The gimbles are very handy.

i think ill just stick to my phone camers. to much gear for me to carry into a hunt. i just take a pic after the deer is down, great vid brother very interesting.

Thanks for the vid.. i have both those video cameras.. sony i believe is leading the way..i also have the sony rx100 mk3 which is fantastic..totally recomend the sony rx100 series you won't regret it.. and yes they take the same battery as the action cam.

I have moved on a fair way with cameras since then and the AX53 is nearing retirement. I now have the RX100V and as much as they are a great compact camera it is still a compact and not really my thing. It has got me out of a bind every now and then though. GH5 and XT3 are my preferred cameras at the moment. Thanks for watching mate.
