This is wonderful Wilderness area, Ken. And only a few miles from the Eagle Rock Loop. My go-to quick overnight hike in all of Arkansas.

Thanks man! That was Shady lake at the beginning. I’d say probably 7-10 days out from peak color. It’s been so dry, I’m afraid the colors won’t be all that great this year.

Ok, so I'm a nerd, but what did you use to recap your route? Is that from the Relive app? Did you use that to track the hike?

You got it, Stephen. There’s more you can do with Relive, this is just the free version, & the first time I’ve used it. I will say it drained the hell out of my battery so not sure if I’ll use it on a longer, 3+ day trip or not. But, thought it was cool seeing the terrain from above. Thanks for watching. ✌🏼
