#1. I'm not into coffee. But what's wrong with instant coffee ? Better yet, what about a simple caffeine pill. I don't get it.

Well most instant coffee sucks and if you're into coffee then you want it to be good, not just a caffeine delivery method. I eat those caffeine energy gummies on the trail too, but in the morning I just want a delicious cup of joe.

Also, I would like to humbly come to instant's defence♡ now-days there are some great options... although loose leaf tea will always be more affordable, for me❤ ...what i am experimenting with r.n. is trail milk options 😢
