I did this hike back in 2006 and the hike from Adair to Grace Lake was a slog through waist-to-shoulder height brush (I'm 6'2") with the trail mostly invisible underfoot. Mainly huge thimbleberry, but it was Labor Day and the berries were over. A trim was definitely needed. I bushwhacked to the head of Grace Lake following a decommissioned trail that even had remnants of boardwalk. Now THAT was a tough bushwhack and at one point I sunk up to my knee in muck. That stunk. Literally. It was still a great trip. One night at Logging, two at Grace, another at Logging and then out. I've since done a day hike (May of this year) to Logging, ate lunch and then hiked out. Great spot with little traffic. I saw no one on either trip. Thanks for bringing back memories!

Thanks for another great video, I see Jewel Basin hawk watch has Golden eagles already, I can't wait to see the first one of this season yet. Looks like most of the broad-winged are threw already on the east coast.
