What a great adventure. While Sawback was already on the list, I want to do it even more.

I have done all of it but not in a single push and some was done on horseback. It's a beautiful trip. Well done!. Thanks for posting

Cool! Stumbled upon your vid. I passed you guys on your Day 1 in the opposite direction going down to the ski hill finishing the hike (Johnson Canyon, Luellen, Wildflower, Ski Hill). I distinctly remember the foam pads on top of your packs 🙂

Did you shuttle to Lake Louise and leave car at Norquay?
@tylernblaney2 жыл бұрын
Hi Carl, we parked a vehicle at Mt. Norquay and then our brother in law drove us to LL.

What is the purpose of the foam pad if you are using blow up ground pads
@tylernblaney Жыл бұрын
We use them for lounging during the day or breaks, a seat at camp, or a doormat once at camp to keep our tent clean.

Great video! Could you please share what pack your wife is wearing and what her thoughts are on it/pros and cons?

Hey. Looks like its a Gossamer Gear Gorilla - 50L. They are great packs, however, frameless.
@tylernblaney Жыл бұрын
Hey Arkto! It is the Gorilla 50. She loves it! Super comfortable for her. She's 5'7 and 135lbs and can comfortably carry up to 30 lbs with it. Its the only pack she carries anymore. I also hear the GG Mariposa is a great pack too.

@@tylernblaney yeah, I have the Mariposa. Great pack. Been really happy with it so far.
