Dang, we hiked up the Big Beehive a few weeks ago and that was amazing, but this view actually looks better. We were told by others that the Big Beehive is better, but the problem with that view is that it's too close to the lake so it was hard to photograph the entire lake. Little Beehive you can see the entire lake, more of the surrounding mountains and even Lake Agnes. Will have to do this next time.

Great job you guys. I only went up to the tea house and lake Agnes. You guys had some support using hiking poles, I was carrying my tripod in my hand and bag pack camera and lenses, some layers and a bottle of water. I guess when I return back, I will try one of the two beehive. Beautiful ❤

@@theworldofwebby when I visited Lake Louise, it was on May 26 of this year. At that time the tea house was not open. I was six days early for it to be open, so I can’t speak for it, since I did not have hands on experience. I’ve seen vlogs people in long line for some hot tea, and many say it’s rewarding, so I suppose it is. To me I care less for the tea or treats, since I don’t eat before hiking or during, and I don’t drink tea at all. I was there more for lake Agnes to be honest and I recommend you to try next time.

It took us around 4 hours, but we took it slow, stopped frequently to soak in the scenery (and take photos/video), and we stopped to eat our packed lunch while at Mirror Lake.

It is listed as being 5.7 miles out and back. It took us around 4 hours, but we took it slow, stopped frequently to soak in the scenery (and take photos/video), and we stopped to eat our packed lunch while at Mirror Lake. We haven't hiked Big Beehive, but it's a longer hike, which is why we opted to only do Little Beehive. We don't normally do big hikes like this, so we went with the easier option.

Hi, how was you experience @neha2828? I am planning to do this sometime this summer by myself. I have done moderate hikes around the area but nothing of this sort. I am not much of hiker so your insight will be greatly appreciated.

@@poonamsharma-yn7gt the little beehive was a moderate level hike. We ended up going to the big beehive and that was pretty challenging with a lot of switchbacks. I would recommend starting early else it gets too hot later in the day.
