Nice vlog! When I rocked up to Slovenia I went to the main Tourist Centre. No one answered. Eventually a guy stuck his head out from the back and waved me in to smoke a joint! lol! Next time to get a gondola out to the island church. You can even ring the bell! Prostjana castle and caves are a must also!

One of the few drawbacks of taking the night trains; that said still a great way to travel through Europe. Reminds me of my rail trip in 2010.

It's cool that you got to see Slovenia without many tourists. I guess there's benefits to travelling in winter!

Your videos are making me wanna go back to Europe. I'm not a fan of tours either, though I do them occasionally. I prefer to explore on my own. Tour guides won't show you everything. Happy Travels.

Haha, I made a trip from Ljubljana to Belgrade and back in 2011 on a train (going to Sensation White in Belgrade that year). And yes, I spent a back night trip on the train in the sleeping vagons beeing woken up every few hours on the borders for passport check. It was very annoying. But the event and then some evenings on the "splavovi" was worth the fuss. Bye, have a nice trip.

Im suprised you didnt go to Posjona Rama, nearly 12 miles of caves and a railway to take you round, its not far from Bled,been 5 times and loved it,,

+Namsomnia Postojna cave*. You need to check out Skocjan caves. They're even more spectacular.
