I called Back Rack and they said, tough luck" and gave me an email address to send my complaint. Would have been better if they were willing to send the 5 dollars worth of bolts to make their product actually installable​@@gavinmorris95

They claim it's a no drill installation. However my 2010 f150 doesn't have holes to put the J bolts in. Looks like I'm gonna have the the drill out.

At least you got j bolts, I got no bolts and Back Rack told me get lost when I called them asking for them.

where to get just those bolts with the side plate? Shows at 0:13 sec?

Attila Cseh comes with install kit I believe

Mine came with zero hardware and when I called Back Rack they told me tough luck pal, figure it out.

I just received the items 30127 and the 92517 for my 2014 ram on which I want to have a louvered rack 12400. Is it right that I won't need the big rail plates since I'm using the raisers for my Bakflip?

I ordered a safety rack and mounting kit for a 2022 Ford Ranger XL Supercab. Really lousy instructions, incorrect parts and assembly. Damaged parts. Lack of customer service on the weekend when most of us are doing this kind of installation.
