I've seen a lot of these Backrooms videos in recent weeks and I have to agree this is one of the most realistic. The guy *talks* about what he's seeing instead of just randomly coughing, calling out "hello," and muttering "what is this place?" under his breath. It's also neat to consider how a person with no need for food or water or rest can hole up in a featureless room and have no idea if he's been in there for weeks. Makes the Backrooms feel a lot more surreal and dreamlike than elabourate CGI.

Beautifully done, and I love the old Al Bowlly song. He's my favorite dead boyfriend and big band jazz singer. It's rare to find him in pop culture. Al on the soundtrack makes this vivid evocation of anxiety, fear and loneliness oddly comforting....in a melancholy sort of way. Remember how Kubrick used him in the ballroom scene of "The Shining"? This was a great video! I liked that you kept the dialogue normal with only mild profanities, and just the overall quality of the video is perfect. Anything else positive I could say about it has probably already been said, but I will say that I loved the inclusion of The Caretaker music, even if it's a little cliche. It's even better that you chose something more original compared to A1 It's Just a Burning Memory or Libet's Delay. I'm now imagining a poolrooms video using my favorite Caretaker track, The Great Hidden Sea of the Unconscious, that would be perfect. Also, it would be cool if people started to use music from Caretaker fan projects with voices, I think it woud add to the insanity of it all. I also read the description, and I feel really sorry that you've been dealing with anxiety. I don't think I have it, so I wouldn't understand what you're going through, but I just want you to know that we are here for you. You'd be surprised how many friendly, compassionate people there are on the internet. Some day, there will be light at the end of the tunnel and we will enter cities of glory. Keep hanging on!
