For some reason, i feel this series (especially this episode and the previous episode) feels a bit like Alice In Wonderland Syndrome, specifically "Macropsia", where everything, in this case buildings and certain props, seem bigger than they actually are. Its something about how much bigger the windows seem and its actually very interesting how the series appears to give that affect. This episode is definitely one of my favourites. Blink-And-You'll-Miss-It Moments 3:23 - First sighting of the shadow entity, bottom left corner looking up from the bridge. 14:05 - First time we see the hand of the protagonist. 15:04 - You can catch the eye of the entity as the elevator door closes. 31:05 - The shadow entity causes the camera to glitch, although most folks caught this one. 36:57 - The shadow entity is at the end of the hall before the elevator door closes 42:53 - The shadow entity can me seen heading toward the protagonist on the top left side of the screen. 55:20 - If you look at the pillar in the center of the frame, near the brown base on the left, it looks like a black cloth. Just caught this one today. 1:00:12 - If you listen really closely, you can hear the protagonist say “Rose…” before the audio cuts! The first time the protagonist has spoken to an entity directly!

At 15:04 you can see 3 of those, "3 bulbs/circles of light." I only caught them by doing , . to go through every frame of the video, but really, they're actually quite easy to see. They're like the circles of light you see when you're doing an eye test and have to click the button for every circle you see during the eye exam. I think they're meant to represent ghosts. Also, "just caught this today?" You went back to rewatch? Ha sounds like something I would do. I really love the backrooms. Especially if I was stuck in it, I would stay in the hotel. Plus, Hyperverse, the youtuber that posted this, added subtitles to explanations or even sightings people may have missed. (So every one you link to is already input in subtitles by OP.) This will help people find more.

@@HOLLASOUNDSIt's the very nature of the backrooms. The backrooms are in a space just below reality, sort of like a backdrop. Everything in the backrooms is described as "unused assets" from a video game. Of course, the backrooms were not created by any individual but just simply *are*. There is little to no intention behind anything despite the fact everything in the backrooms can mirror anything from the real world (or base reality as some might call it.) In many cases, the backrooms takes on a life of its own producing strange combinations or even outright impossible architecture. Much of what is produced on the internet and is widely accepted as what the backrooms is are dream-like, seemingly random, sometimes absurd, endless expenses of buildings, roads, landscapes which are usually vaguely familiar or produce a sense of nostalgia while usually being devoid of any human and animal life which are replaced by "entities" (beings that exist exclusively in the backrooms and have some characteristics that make them unique.)

@@HOLLASOUNDSThat’s the very fundamental purpose behind Liminal Spaces. Abandoned places make sense, we can understand exactly why they look the way they do. They’re abandoned, nobody lives there, so therefore it degrades, it corrodes. Liminal Spaces are harder to justify and explain, because it is a space that it’s clearly made to have people living in it or working in it, it’s actively being taken care of and cleaned…….. but there’s nobody there….. you’re entirely alone….. and it just seems to be utter sly endless.

Honestly one of my favorites backroom series probably one of the only backroom series that doesn't have the character die after 3 levels, and without a monster chase every 5 minutes. It's nice, calming, and suspenseful. It looks amazing and the characters movement is pretty realistic, even though it takes months for one part to come out it still enjoyable to watch and one of the only series (I think) that's continuing and probably will for awhile

You know this almost feels like the end of the series. As if our protagonist is irrevocably trapped in the Hyperverse but has eventually found a place of reprieve with others who have also suffered the same fate. It occurs to me that it's almost as if the Hyperverse itself is a sort of unfinished universe without the same sets of physics as normal reality and this partially completed space was left to absorb those who become trapped in it and Rosemary has somehow found a way to bend it to her will in a limited sense through prologued exposure. I haven't read many theories but my interpretation of the Hyperverse is how I would reconcile certain concepts of the multiverse. Concepts such as who creates these universes and why? I think of it as sort of entering into an artists studio. They have canvas upon canvas, some empty and some partially filled. Some paintings with backgrounds and no subject and some with a subject and no background. Some left unfinished or painted over or banished to the far wall as other canvases are stacked standing against them, forever trapped behind echoes of itself and other unfinished works. In this concept we see each panting as a universe. Sometimes these universes are incomplete, perhaps they were even just a single room where not even the concept of time exists. Sometimes they have an unfinished subject where time does exist and that's where we get these creatures who are wrapped versions of things left behind by their creator. Or in the Hyperverse a reality where the very substance of the universe bends, reshapes and absorbs those trapped within it into itself. The protagonist doesn't seem to have been here long enough to be fully absorbed but those who have come before him have and then have become these misshaped entities. Some driven malevolent with their isolation and environmental dismorphia and those like Rosemary who have learned to "paint" in this space. So yeah, I spend a lot of time thinking about this channel. Great work!

@@lostinthehyperverseYou need to make these videos into some kind of game uploaded to steam lol. Doesn’t need any monsters or real threats you have to fight or flee from. Just a bunch of different levels and spaces in which you can wander aimlessly. The Backrooms are one of my favorite horror and otherworldly concepts I’ve ever found, but it really sucks how little there is in the way of content that’s been released thus far. Sure, we have a ton of wiki pages with thousands upon thousands of levels that have been written about….. but they’re not part of a game I can actually play and walk around in those spaces….. . I’d definitely pay $60-$70 to be able to wander through your Hyperverse lol.

@@eternallegacy89 I believe that Lucid Dreaming is extremely important for our physical and spiritual evolution, and yes, I have experienced amazing and mysterious things, such as wandering places like the backrooms, interwoven between normal and seemingly mundane dreams. Allow yourself to Believe. Believe things are possible, Believe in Yourself. You may do things that you never would have imagined. While dreaming, start to make Reality Checks, such as looking for a clock to check the time. As soon as you realize it's a dream, make it Lucid! Do not let Fear be your Master. Overcome Fear and be the Master of it instead. Don't cower in fear when a beast or monster charges you, unable to yell or speak, with your arms and legs acting like noodles. Punch a hole through its head, fly to the clouds if you need, but don't close your eyes and end the dream. Let it play out and see what experiences await. I look forward to nightmares, because they are tests and challenges that push you beyond your normal limits, and may turn into great psychological breakthroughs that can help individuals with depression, with how they manage obstacles and hardships in their waking life, and much more. Spiral Out, Adventurers! Keep Going!

Wow, this was wild on a different level. Certainly less terrifying than the FUN Rooms, but still mind-boggling. For the first time, I felt completely disoriented in this room. While the other rooms were still bizarre, I still had the feeling that there is always a progress, like we're constantly moving forward and reach the end soon or later. But in this place? Damn, I had no idea where we were, where to go and what to do. It felt like the camera guy was walking in circles and always ending up in the same damn entrance hall that kept changing as if someone was just messing with him (wouldn't be that surprising. After all, Lavender is a creepy little stalker who loves to mess with people!) I felt like we got less lore this time, but still some interesting info: the research group made it pretty far and perhaps had some help from Rosemary. But the message about their debilitating ability to write properly was concerning. Either it's just a joke (I admit, it DID make me laugh) or the isolation and the overall strangeness in the backrooms have a negative effect on the brain and/or mental health. And we're getting closer to unraveling the mystery of the wires. Tbh they look more like veins and I'm still sticking to my theory that these things are part of an organism. Either it's a parasite that infests the backrooms or it has always been part of it. Whatever it is, one thing's for sure: the two sisters are connected to them. Well, hopefully we'll learn more. It's nice to see that Rosemary showed up to save camera guy again (although I'm still suspicious. Never trust someone blindly who has such terrifying godlike powers!)

Some of your best set work yet. I adored the ceiling 12:00 minutes in (and I don't blame you for having us stare at it for a while) and I like how you took a familiar backrooms subject, the liminal hotel, and manipulated it into something unique. That grotesque mass of who-knows-what in the church area really blew my mind. I was not expecting it and I can't wait to learn more. I'm also pleased to see the return of the sisters. I thought Rosemary's inclusion really made the eternal suburbia section special. I can't wait for the next part.

This is maybe the most exceptional backrooms series with the best ending I've watched. Your work with the environments really gave a fresh presentation to the backrooms which has started to get kind of stale with the overreliance on horror and the standard trope areas. Also, the general lack of monsters in your videos is such an amazing touch. I'm so used to every video ending with a screaming backrooms entity running someone down and killing them. This video really takes the backrooms back to that era and concept of true emptiness. It feels otherworldly and lonesome. So nice. And again, an actual happy ending. Really exceptional work.

Incredible work! The attention to details is phenomenal. It's incredible how big those windows were from seeing the Wanderer get close to the windows of the Hotel. Really puts things into perspective. Many objects, items and regions made the Wanderer look much "smaller", due to the magnitude of the size within this level. 27:19 was so unusual and incredible at the same time. 32:30 was terrifying. You can sense the dread with the Wanderer as the doors lead back to the same corridor of rooms. The spinning corridor was sooo well done at 35:00. Loved the part where the Wanderer entered that area with all the hotel buildings on either side. The expanse of this level was incredible! And then the trippy region with the moving/ spinning buildings at 53:00. WOW! And the ending.....ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I would even love a level with similar beauty to that. I normally don't leave comments to videos but I binged watched your whole Backrooms playlist in two days. This video got me somehow. The ending especially really got feeling some type of way. I actually hate the color pink but funnily enough Rosemary's designs have been my favorite so far. Pink is not such a bad color after all. Also thank you so much for not shoving a monster at us every episode. I absolutely hate that. Everyone does it predictably the same way and it becomes trite and boring. No audio jump scares too! It's so beautifully refreshing. Even when you do show us a potential enemy/monster, they aren't all necessarily the same. The clown one was such a tragic twist, from how I interpreted it at least. You're doing a great job. Thank you.

Binge watched the whole series before starting to watch this (to catch up but also to appreciate the story again). Favorite is Green Lobby. Those paintings are right up my alley! Also, moving wallpaper? Super nice effect! Least favorite: Victorian Wallpaper Room. Like I mentioned in the level FUN video: I unintentionally see faces into everything (and usually have fun with it). But that wallpaper? Idk if that was intentional, but I kept seeing faces into the wallpaper and it freaked me out like crazy. I mean good choice for the creepy factor but damn I need to tone down on the face seeing skills, because I had to take so many pauses. But that's on me. Pink flower room is exceptionally gorgeous. Anomaly room? Freaking loved it! I don't mind if the video takes months in the making, you've done such a fine job! Also, transitioning? You've done such a good job so far! Yes, it needs some polishing, but I know you will manage it. I'm always excited to see how much you've improved between each video. It's fascinating to watch your creativity and experimentation bloom, and how you convey the story with the finest of details.

Wow this is really good. The liminal hotel is probably the second most popular region of the backrooms, and I was dreading a one hour long tour of something many other people have explored already, but you added your personal twist at it and created it into something unique. We have no idea what buttons he pressed in the elevator, but thankfully it seems like they were the right ones. And the new region (I’ll call it Rosemary’s Heaven for now) looks completely stunning. You said the Grassroom corridors were meant to elicit some sort of “false serenity”, but Rosemary’s Heaven doesn’t feel like that at all. In fact, it actually feels genuinely safe, like the true haven in this liminal hell. Anyway, can’t wait to see what adventure awaits him

I really loved this, was definitely worth the wait! It's impressive you can keep the atmosphere constantly suspenseful but also calming at the same time. And the overarching story between the levels is interesting. The wires keep evolving with each passing level, and Rosemary and Lavender look like they'll be an overarching ally and enemy to the protagonist respectively. I wonder what happened at the end, I think I heard the protag say "Rose what's up?", and the video going dark may've just been the video cutting off instead of the scenery going dark but we'll see, I'll be checking through this video again once the closed captions commentary is up. A little surprised we didn't get really any kind of chase sequence from the shadow entity but it's good to change things up a bit, maybe it prefers to scare others rather than being actively hostile (and it definitely got me on its first appearance). Thank you for making this great experience and I look forward to what else you have in store!

Yet another fantastic episode Hyperverse! In case anyone wants this, here are noteworthy moments of this part. - The deeper you go into a Location, the more distorted it becomes - This episode confirms, that different people do indeed start in different locations as seen by this message here: 26:24 - This episode confirms on-screen that misspellings are intentional and are a side effect of prolonged stay in the Backrooms: 45:22 - Pausing frame by frame on 31:05- YOU WON´T SEE US, BUT WE SEE YOU with a shadowy figure. It appears that the cameraman was (once again) followed without him even knowing - Another example of a "warp room" on 34:56 onwards- they are safe to walk through apparently - Footage is getting more corrupted as time goes on - Finally, all Locations appear to have their own "Level 0" variant, if you go deep enough. We see this both in Rosemary´s house at a certain point, and once again, here.

With a sort of lore and backstory to these Sister entities in this massive multi-themed labyrinth, you could almost write a novel out of it. Giving the explorer a first person narrative expressing his thoughts and feelings as he explores this endless maze of luminal space and his interaction with all these mysterious entities. Honestly, I'm tempted to put it to paper myself or create my own similar story for the purpose.

This episode, being the longest of the series so far, had such a weird effect for me. Seeing Rosemary again at the end felt like the closing stages of a dream. Surreality layered in the subconsciousness, as if Rosemary was there to say to the viewer "You've come a long way, but unfortunately our meeting must be brief, for I must return you to reality" Moments later, you wake up in a slight panicked frenzy. It's dark in your room, the clock reads 3:00. You look out your window, and see the faint glow of the city lights against the low clouds. You fall back into your pillow with a prolonged sigh, slighty teary eyed, wondering "....was.....was all that just a dream? Was that girl just a figment of my mind?" The whole thing felt like an adventure of a child, yet...there was sadness that it had ended upon returning to the realm of reality.

I've been really waiting for this since the last episode came out, and boy if it was worth it! I really like how you totally embraced the more atmospheric and soothing side of liminality, pretty much giving up on anxiety and especially jumpscares. It's fantastic how the character doesn't even acknowledge the presence of the entity, which remains throughout merely seen by the viewer; genius touch there! You're always so cheeky with all the secret messages you hide usually within location names like "Happy Ember Lavender Lake". Lavender's little message at 32:00 is especially dastardly of you lmao. 1 hour!? wow that is just so much dedication! Edit: i think I’ve discovered the lore The backrooms are a living thing because if the wires are not an entity, they are a virus just like the entity of level 0, which are probably the same thing, and the sphere we see halfway through the video with the floating stuff and the distorted ceiling is the heart of the backrooms because it flashes things that look like pointy crystals that do remind me of a heart beat, which leads me to believe that the backrooms are a living thing.

For now, my favorite levels were Suburbia, Rosemary's Garden and (absolute favorite) Grassrooms (the Mansion also was very beautiful, but very scary as well). I liked the Liminal Hotel, but the thing is I have a weakness for art-deco style, and since the last teaser was hyping for opulent art-deco hotel, with lots of black-n-gold, metal geometric ornaments, black silk wallpapers, complex glass usage and etc. - and unfortunately for me, only small parts and elements of the hotel had art-deco style. Maybe because of that I liked this level less than previous ones - even though in fact that is just difference in tastes. But still, I liked a lot the buildings part (night city) and cathedral (with two hands), as well as lifts - great ideas and designs nevertheless!

"Learn to Spel you Mourron" is absolutely entering my vernacular. Same energy as "Get a brain, Morans". This is just a fantastic series. First wandered into it last year upon seeing The Grassroom Corridors, recently I re-found the channel and started watching the series. Caught up just as this video released. I'd definitely say a big reason so many people are captivated by Rosemary and Lavender is that most Backrooms entities are pretty much just mindless monsters that seem to attack because they're essentially incredibly territorial animals (the entities in Level 0, the Poolrooms, and the Grassrooms were all these sorts of creatures). The Play Palace clown monster left messages, but its' sanity and coherence had degraded severely by the time the wanderer showed up, to the point that all it could muster upon seeing him was "Play?". But the sisters are capable of communication and banter with the wanderer, and Rosemary is friendly, so they have a lot more going on. My personal prediction is that Lavender fancies herself the big bad overarching villain of this story (I bet she used to be nicer, but an eternity in the backrooms has caused her to lose sight of morality and start hurting people for fun just for something to feel), but she's going to eventually get upstaged by the Wires. The Wires have been pretty benign so far, mostly just physically blocking off locations and looking grody, but they're building to something big, just you wait. I can see the Wires eventually taking out Lavender, or possibly even leading Lavender to realize she should make up with her sister so they can work together... though that may be wishful thinking on my part hoping for a happy ending to a horror series. Oh, also, rare shot of the cameraman's hand in this video! Usually the camera always conveniently tilts to the side so we don't see the hand opening a door. Was surprised we finally got a hand shot.

I have said it before and i will say it again, i get the distinct feeling that most, not all, of these entities are not being actively hostile towards cameraguy, it feel like they are driving him not hunting him...Like the backrooms want to be explored and viewed. Anyone else get a similar vibe?
