It's crazy how this is considered one of the newer BSB songs, even though the gap between this and their debut(12 years) is lesser than the gap between this song and the present day(14 years). One of their best songs in my opinion. It even has a country feel to me where I feel they could transition into that genre if they really wanted to. I'd rather they just dabble in it like they do sometimes. Almost 2019 and 25 years strong, new album on the way, still have dope harmonies, and they're just a tight-knit humble group. I still dig em. I would definitely catch a concert if they ever come around my way. Their longevity is as long as they want it to be. Not every music act can say that. Respect.

God help them if they ever lose Howie. He makes me think of the Bee Gees Maurice. While Robin and Barry had all the leads, after Mo passed away, you could absolutely tell there was something important when just the two of them sang. Yes it was still good but it was NEVER ............ Right, if that makes sense. When Kevin left, they were still good but we could all tell , just like on this song and others without him, that the entire package wasn't there, that some something was missing.

Acho que tudo é questão do quanto a gravadora investe na divulgação. No Brasil investiram em Inconsolable e mesmo assim foi pouco, mas foi bem mais do que outros países. Helpless She Smiles pelo menos passava na MTV e no TVZ do Multishow, pq não tocou nas rádios. Inconsolable tocou bem. Os singles de This Is Us foram a mesma coisa e os dois últimos singles de Never Gone também Só programas de videoclipes, nada de tocar nas principais rádios.

It's curious how time changes, i used to listen to them all the time, and i love them, now i listen another things like progresive rock or new wave or postgarage, but i still love this guys, they make me go back in time in a good way :') !!!
