Wow Mark. I tried this today and my strike was massively improved. Ball then turf with shallow divots with me just concentrating on the trail shoulder turn. I will continue to use this moving forwards. Thanks for sharing.

These kind of videos are really interesting to me. I'm 50, only playing for 18 months. I have an active job, and I'm still supple, and have a high swing speed, but I'm under no illusions that it won't be long at all, that father time will mean I have to alter my swing. It's good to know that there are drills and exercises that can buy me more time/mitigate some of that deteriotion that's absolutely inevitable. 👍

I’m always interested in handling these body mechanics… Everyone is just a bit different enough, but these tailored lessons and drills are always insightful. Thanks for sharing this Mark! This is great stuff!!!

Excited to try this. I'm a 5.5 and have literally exact same issues: across line at the top, early extension by steep shaft, pull draws and hooks from toe flipping over. Also occasional shanks and very heel bias (which I think comes from early extension).

Thank You! I need this so much. Shoulder impingement has been a problem for years! The slice is not my problem, but the pull and divot pointed left. Going to get my club to stretch now!

I haven’t seen your vids in a while Mark. You don’t disappoint. Cheers!

This is so me .. have been working with a golf PT for last 3 months on fitness and mobility makes a huge difference

This is so relatable as a 5 hcp that’s lost a lot of flexibility and have been trying to fix a steep delivery. A much easier way to try to fix this

Fantastic drills as my shoulders have a bit of arthritis in them so I have limited shoulder mobility. Will try these to see if they help. Thanks for sharing. Cheers.

I’ve been working on creating an in to out path. I’m beginning to be able to be 0 to 5 degrees in to out but now my angle of attack is super steep. What’s the issue?

Mark I feel like I come too far from the inside I get my right arm behind my body and then either push the ball to the right or overdraw some of my shots and my pressure situations I've been fighting with this for a couple months it's like a freaking Yo Yo

I’m the same! My right (trail) elbow get pinned behind me and swing it very flat. Just can’t hit it any other way! Spose I need some instruction and stick with it
@micah66159 ай бұрын
@@darrencope1 sounds like my thoughts exactly need some instruction and stick with it

I used to be terribly over the top. It wasn't easy to shallow my plane, but we got there. My problem used to be the opposite. My feelings were that I would stand hunched over the ball. This caused a very steep plane, which caused me to cut across. Too much, massive slice. Might be worth a thought.

Why not get a "real" person in the studio so we can see "real" results?
@markstringer55559 ай бұрын
AI is pretty good, but I'm pretty sure Mr Crossfield is a 'real' person. And, no offence intended, Mark isn't a spring chicken. His videos go back many a year.
