And, talking about king Carl 16th Gustav of Sweden, Patricia's sister Margaret is his paternal grandmother - and Patricia's sister Margaret is also maternal grandmother of queen Margrethe 2nd of Denmark.

It seems the goal at the time was to keep the Royal Dynasties intact. I suppose there was a limited number of people who were Royal candidates for marriage, so it was, "Yo, cuz, let's get hitched!" 😂

Victoria of Hesse was also a haemophilia carrier..her great great grandson Felix has the disease. Mossy had 2 sets of twins. One of the twins Christoph was allegedly responsible for bombing Buckingham Palace in WW2 I think you mixed up Beatrice of Edinburgh with Beatrice Battenberg. Ena had 7 children..baby Fernando died soon after birth because of haemophilia.
