I saw your comment and I thought of this verse for your wife. Matthew 7:13-14 Repercussions are going to happen. Your wife needs to decide if a relationship with Jesus is worth any pain and suffering that she will experience. On the day of judgement, does she want to hear "well done good and faithful servant, enter into My Kingdom" OR "away with you, I never knew you". This is a very hard decision but only she can make the decision. Is a relationship with Jesus worth it?

My son diagnosed with cancer, at the same time i lost my job and so fast my cataract covered my left eye and lost my vision. Within 3 months all these problems stricken my faith so hard that sometimes i experience dissociation because of stress but with the presence of the LORD i never felt afraid and empty despite of having nothing at all. Thank you for your testimony. I went to college in the 70's when the Shah was in power and then to the Sorbonne in '75 when the Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini was there. The Iranian students were protesting in the streets. I then returned to SJSU to have the same experience and then onto Durango Colorado to watch a younger Iranian brother hit his sister because a group of us had become friends with her the prior semester and just wanted to say hi. These experiences have always made me feel a bit reserved about Iranians. Your story has given me a better understanding and empathy for the struggles of the people of Iran.
