That's awesome you got to do recycle again! I hope next time you do it you can show us the unlaoding at the recycle transfer station, i would love to see that. I noticed your screen has a bit of a lag to showing you the hopper when the cans are being dumped, not sure if that's normal or not. At 5:14 I saw lots of unreyclable items in that can. Do you know if a load is too much full of trash do they just send the truck load of it to the dump? I wish people cared to recycle properly but a lot of people dont seem to care and treat it as just a second garbage can. Keep it up! Ugh, its gotta be so frustrating stuck in an alley and a car is blocking you. How long did it take for them to move? That can happen a lot here with construction in new neighborhoods blocking streets.

@@BackToTheFun Wow, that is sure to contaminate a whole load of recycle. Here people love to put yard waste in their bins. Not sure if they think it'd recyclable or they just don't care. I've also seen tires, clothing, wood, bags of trash, bags of flour, appliances, it never ends. Right now I think the craziest thing I've seen is dirt being thrown in recycle bins.

Love this! Yeah, recycle is a struggle, but it’s fun to watch lol. How often are carts tagged for contamination? Because one of them looked pretty contaminated.

@railsandsignals9261 they sort it out at recycling center. Believe it or not most cardboard is contaminated. It has to be full of trash household item to get tagged.

What happened at 9:13 My dad what he does is he honks at them and the same thing happened with him but what he does is he gets out of the trucks and then takes a video of the car and then they would be embarrassed and then he runs off

@bloxburgnewschannel9422 not really. Sometimes the truck arm coming back out is slow and it can happen. We prefer lids be left open to be able to indicate that we picked it up

@@BackToTheFun is it a requirement to keep them open? I saw a la sanitation driver came by my house and he did not lid flip any lids and kept them all closed and he said that he holds the close clamp control while the arm goes down, which works on every truck and makes him no lid flip
