Telangana Chief Minister introduced the State Caste Survey in the assembly. The survey revealed that Backward Classes constituted a total of 56.33% of the state’s population, including the 10.08% backwards from the Muslim community. Meanwhile, SCs account for 17.43% and STs make up 10.45% of the state’s population. However leaders from backward communities have raised questions on the survey over the decline of their population. Its true most of people dint go for survey because they were also asking about your property, salaries, depts, all other sensitive information.. some villages even boycotted the survey because they're so disappointed with congress as they dint implement a single promise they made during elections... Love marriage any other caste than their own sc/st will be marked as other caste(even the different subcaste within SC/ST) it was shown that way ..when i mailed got a reply from census board last decade .. personally i think due to media oriented to love theme..it is easy to diverge a mind of any human especially the young and innocent..from Tamilnadu
