BACKYARD BOAT LOADER | HJ47 TOYOTA LANDCRUISER

I'm gearing up for a boys trip in Lance the HJ47, and what's a boys trip without a boat? I've called in a mate, Jamesy who was keen to help me rig up a boat loader for the tinnie to load onto Lance....this is all sounding very Broke Back Mountain! One thing I've learnt working with Jamesy, don't take his advice "measure once, cut twice."
