I have been breeding normal fancy tail guppies , nothing special for various purposes but now I just started getting in groups of high end show guppies for the market itself as they have nice profit levels for specific ones that show that they sell fast. I just bought 15 albino blue topaz and Albino blue topaz ribbon tail guppies today and there is a few more that I want that I will be buying anywhere from tomorrow and next week. But I found, my old reptile rack that has 8 shelves (16 guppy tanks in total) that are perfect fit for guppy shelves with small open in the back to run air hoses through and a solar powered air pump to run filtration. The specialized rack can hold these 16 guppy tanks so most likely I will split the tanks as half for adult breeders and the other half guppy fry so I can keep certain types seperated with labels. The outstanding aspect of this converted rack, it takes very little actual floor space. Eventually I will get totally away from quantity in the common types all together but for now, I will do a mix. I am not really sure but some of the morphs people charge top dollar for look like your every day common morphs and I seen comments online being disappointed due to this. So I rather stick with those morphs people know for a fact what they have or want by sight that they know is not a common species. Have you ran into this problem? I have a couple common species that even look identical to the Moscow blues and a person can't tell the difference for those that seen them but they have no proven genetic background so therefore I need to sell those as common.

my friend, the weather in thailand and india allows them to grow guppies in the backyard.. which part of US are you in.. I love to raise guppies and fishes in general but the climate does not allow. so have to raise them indoor in california

I like what you're doing because you're Breeding pure strains. Some people or KZbinr ang breeder mix strains and here in asia the mix ones are culls and feed only to bigger fish. Goodluck in your Breeding sir, I hope you'll become more successful

I started a guppy breeding tank also...I seen your jars an you said yankee candle...I use to work for a company called woodwick candle factory owned by yankee candle...I really like the cobra style guppies

Yeah I try to recycle and reuse as much as possible. They work well for temporary bettas containers too.

awesome little set up you have going on but if I was you , I'd get me like 5-6 clear totes the same size & use them that way it all looks uniformed & you can cover the tote & they STILL get the day light though the screen & the sides but yea I like the little corner set up thing you have going on there keep it up.

Bro you could also use old fridge box and me too an Indian. Bro and also you don't need air pumps if you give plants that's enough for them and if you use aeration too fast it will make them stressful so try to use lot of aquarium plants by the way I loved your video

RLC Aquatics I’ve been wanting to setup something outside for the frogbit and some other plants. I was thinking about putting the air pump in an upside down storage tote on top of a rock or something. That way it’s off the ground and rain proof.
