Wow… this is great information that you shared at the end about available covered property %. That’s wild… and definitely going to look into it before we extend our patio! THANK YOU!!

Yes I was totally surprised too and def recommend asking about that before you start planning for what you want it’ll save a lot of time because you’ll know what you’ve got to work with.

I had the same issue with Impervious structure and expanding our driveway... I wish I knew you were going through that I would have shared my experience. My builder finally sent me the Percentages of course rec'd from the city. It bout took me out.

We just had the developer hop out of his truck and stop our shed from being put down. I read the HOA's information previously. 21 business days is the amount of time they have to approve or disapprove. We never heard from them; if no word is given, it is deemed to be approved. 34 business days after I inquired the 3rd time. They are not following their own bylaws.

That’s how our HOA is but they were ok with designs that the city was not. It was the city being a thorn in our side for us. It’s crazy

I'm excited for you! I know it's been a long time coming. I never knew it took so long for cosmetic changes to your home. It's not like you're adding rooms. Can y'all add wire fencing or something around the bottom of the deck? To avoid animals nesting under it. Wow, unfortunately... But thanks for sharing this using information. I can't wait to see the finished product.

It really shouldn’t take this long but our wires were all crossed up but everything in perfect timing I guess lol. We’re actually going to leave it open to discourage critters and stuff from setting up shop if we close it in they’ll easily take shelter and not want to leave especially these that can dig and get in. We’ve got armadillos, raccoons, snakes and stuff it’s safer for us on this side (where the green space is) to keep it open.
