Hey Flair, I definitely recommend buying these things called "Mochi". Its like a chewy dough. If possible try the "Mango Ice cream Mochi" Its super delicious. And for a drink, get some "Ramune" or Soy bean milk. Soy bean milk is sweet. Ramune is like a soda pop. Its carbonated water with a flavor added. Blueberry is awesome.

Take the catfish, soak it in red wine or white vinegar for 20-30 minutes, pull it out, rinse it off, dry with paper towels, season with hickory or sweet and Smoky and a pinch of basil or herbs, throw in the oven, and serve with white rice or yellow country grits.
