It seems like there is more drag than there could be. Was there a headwind? Are your main wheels pretty soft? I have a similar coaster, and it usually rolls back over the middle hill, especially when I use silicone lubricant, which I saw you have some.

Yes. I think the under safety rollers were put on with not enough clearance. I actually took off two of them to get it to work. I couldn’t really find any harder skate board wheels.

I wanted to tell you. I inverted the tubing bending mold and used boiling water instead of sand. Worked great. My wife wouldn’t let me put sand in oven. Haha

@@BayouDad that is very interesting. I tried boiling water on 1.5 inch and .75 PVC and it didn't work very well at all, so I tried hot sand. I wonder what you did differently.

I took a funnel and poured boiling water in one end and let it come out the other end. Gradually tightened clamps to make bend more u shaped. Lots of hot water. Pipe bends good at 180 degrees.

That looked like some real ejector airtime there so it’s a good thing that you have up stop wheels. Just an irrelevant comment but because this is a linear ride and doesn’t have any banking nor turns there isn’t really a need for the wheels on the sides but overall it looks great!

When you realize the Weight plus gravity will slow him down and will never make the full length of the coster (edit: also that seat belt would just snap in half if it was a steeper hill)
