I'm rolling with my training partners in my friend Jose's backyard. If you're looking for a challenging BJJ workout, then this is the video for you! We all love to train Jiu-Jitsu and we push ourselves daily to master our craft.
We'll be doing some intense rounds, which are a great way to get some cardio and practice your Jiu Jitsu skills at the same time. These rolls are designed to push our cardio and endurance while testing our technique.
