1 tbsp fish sauce
Chicken breast: 2 large, boneless and skinless Blanched

Cornstarch: 1/2 cup
Self-raising flour: 1 1/2 cups • Self-Raising Flour Sub...
Water: 3/4 cup - or as much as you need to make a batter
Salt: 1/2 tsp / Pepper: 1/2 tsp (optional)
Oil: for frying (vegetable or canola)
Burger buns: 2, toasted
Pineapple slices: 2, grilled (optional)
Sweet and sour sauce: 1/4 cup (store-bought or homemade)
Mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
Sweet and Sour Sauce (optional homemade):
Diced peppers/onion/carrot
Dash sesame oil
Ketchup: 1/4 cup
Rice vinegar: 2 tbsp I used Apple Cider Vinegar
Light Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Brown sugar: 2 tbsp
Pineapple juice: 2 tbsp
Cornstarch: 1 tsp, mixed with 2 tbsp water
