This is how I make my cheesecakes. They always go down a storm. I put chocolate buttons, Crunchie bars, Chocolate chips, raspberry and white chocolate. Like you say, you can add what you want to add. Superb

My friend used a similar recipe using a fairy cake tin a liners and put a vanilla wafer cookie on the bottom then a good amount of cheese cake filling, in the fridge to firm up then top with a spot of fruit pie filling on top. Very festive on a party desert table. Thanks Rik.

Saw this. 🥳🥳🥳. Hate using gelatin.😘. Exactly what I do and felt I was a failure for not using gelatin!! Now I can say Rik doesn’t. So easy to be creative around it. Made the base with Oreos but that was sooo sweet, loved by the kids! . Used mint chocs. that was yummy. Got to love the way Rik explains things he is so skilful but inspires you to think you can do it.

Outstanding. With so many choices for toppings and flavoring the base or swapping out the crust for a different cookie or add nuts, you have so many choices. What a fantastic recipe. The filling is light enough to be piped-I'm thinking individual cheesecakes in goblets or mini tasting table size-imagine a platter full of little baby shot glass sized cheesecakes.

You and I might be long lost brothers. I have been making this exact no bake cheesecake. I top it with raspberry sauce that is made with fresh raspberries that is thickened with corn starch. It takes just a few minutes to make and is a big hit.

You can add coco or drinking chocolate powder to the mix and put cherry pie filling with a dash of brandy to make a fancy one for Christmas instead of Christmas pudding
