Yes, the black portion that sits on the bar-top that the snap ring locks into is called the diverter valve collar item#: 75116. It is very difficult to replace because most of the time the collar is glued to the diverter valve body and the diverter valve nut (item #:75117). We sell all these parts on backyardplus.com. But, like I said, its a big job to replace it all.

I took out the snap ring but the valve stem still won't budge. Any tips to loosen up a stubborn valve?

Pull is straight up with pliers

@@Olympico9394 The only way to remove it is to pull it straight up out of the body with some pliers. Sometimes they get stuck in there really tightly,

It cracked on mine. Anyway to plug it so the spa can be used until I replace it?

I don't know of any way to plug the diverter valve body when you have a cracked valve. The best thing to do is replace it ASAP. Thanks for the question!

You would normally change the valve if it is leaking or if it's stuck.

You did it wrong. Put the small o-rings in the doughnut piece first, THEN insert the valve stem. That way BOTH o-rings are inside the doughnut piece. I GUARANTEE YOU, the way you did it, the bottom o-ring is NOT inside the doughnut.

@@backyardplus Please make this change (or superlay text over the video) indicating this. I followed your instructions (put the small o-rings around the stem) - and the valve still leaked through the handle. I re-did the install by putting the o-rings inside the doughnut piece and it worked fine this time - no leaks.
