This is BACOENG channel. My pleasure to introduce 6 typical wire diagrams of CWX series Motorized Ball Valves.
Its color is black, the material of its gear is plastic. It has a maximum torque force of 1.7NM. Just need 3~5s to be open/closed. It is made of Engineering plastic. Two way 1/2”, 3/4”, 1” brass/stainless valve body fit it. It can also drive three way 1/2” brass valve body.It has a fine workmanship and a sturdy instruction.
CR-01：
It has a RED wire and a GREEN wire. When RED wire is connected to Positive Pole, GREEN is connected to Negative Pole, the valve will be opened, power off automatically after in place. On the contrary, when RED is connected to Negative Pole, GREEN is connected to Positive Pole, the valve will be closed, power off automatically after in place.
CR-02:
It has three wires, RED, BLUE and YELLOW. When RED is connected to Positive Pole, YELLOW is connected to Negative Pole, the valve will be opened fully, power off automatically after in place. When BLUE is connected to Positive Pole, YELLOW is connected to Negative Pole, the valve will be closed fully, power off automatically after in place.
CR-03:
It has three wires, RED, YELLOW and BLACK. The BLACK must be connected to Negative Pole. When RED and YELLOW are connected to Positive Pole together, the valve will be opened, power off automatically after in place. When RED is connected to Positive Pole alone, the valve will be closed, power off automatically after in place.
CR-03T:
It has four wires, RED, GREEN, YELLOW and BLUE. The RED should be always connected to Positive Pole. When GREEN and BLUE are connected to Negative Pole together, the valve will be opened only 30%. When YELLOE and BLUE are connected to Negative Pole together, the valve will be opened only 60%. When GREEN, YELLOE and BLUE are connected together, the valve will be opened fully. When BLUE is connected with Negative Pole, the valve will be close fully.
CR-04:
It has just two wires, RED and GREEN. It doesn’t distinguish Positive Pole and Negative Pole. When it is connected with power, the valve will be opened. When the power is cut off, the valve will be closed.
CR-05:
It has five wires, YELLOW, BLUE, GREEN, RED and BLACK. When YELLOW is connected to Positive Pole, BLUE is connected to Negative Pole, the valve will be opened. When YELLOW is connected to Negative Pole, BLUE is connected to Positive Pole, the valve will be closed. When valve is opened, the GREEN and BLACK are connected; when valve is closed, the RED and BLACK are connected. The GREEN, RED and BLACK wires must be connected to signal device firstly before YELLOW and BLUE wires are connected to power, otherwise the actuator could be damaged seriously.
