Looks good. Are you using imitation crab? And why the blue dot? Is that food coloring? Is that to mark as seafood in the freezer? I was thinking cream cheese instead of Mayo, then not so runny inside. Like when you make crab Rangoon.

CC sounds good! Krab is what we usually use in the original recipe, but you can use real crab if you're feeling fancy. We use pastry food coloring to mark the nampanadas since we have multiple flavors. -Nam

@@namseatery but all ingredients are cooked right? Like the shrimp. Can you order the pastry coloring on Amazon? Do you just wrap in the plastic the empanada dough has on it and then bag up to freeze?

@@WhatsUpwithDJNow I recommend making sure all emp fillings are ready to eat. The Goya emp shells are ready to use with wrapping so they don't stick in the freezer. I use Wilton Icing Colors 12-Piece Gel Food Coloring Set. Good luck!
