Good choice using the sweet paprika instead of the smoked since the bacon already provides that smokey flavor. Great video like always man keep it up!

Absolutely great idea! I like my bacon a little more crisp and my salmon a bit less cooked, not as raw as sushi but not flaky either. To me, the flavor is more robust. But that's just me. Since you're cooking the bacon, why use the cooking speay? Brother, there are some nasty chemicals in the can. Looking forward to watching more of your videos 😊 Blessings

O.K. Spinelli, You Sir have out done yourself. Here's what I tweeted and then added your link to the recipe. "O.K., we're trying these Now.!!! I twisted the recipe a little bit - I butterflied the bites and put a jalapeno slice in it. AND cooking them on the grill.!!! Had some left over and cooked them on the oven in a cast iron skillet.
