Hi, Sanjay, the same product described in this video contains both citidine choline and Phosphatidyl Serine. Both these substances help to increase the levels of acetylcholine in the brain. The product itself by Adeeva is Memory Support Complex. Hope that helps!

I'm taking Bacopa Monnieri and N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) for my Cybersecurity exam, is there any negative interactions between the two? Should I take it separately within the day?
