Hi sir.. what do you use flour o molasses? To increase your carbon

we use different carbon sources for different purposes...if you want to use carbon to reduce your ammonia, I would suggest using sugar, molasses, or jaggery.....using wheat or rice bran directly for this purpose will make your culture water heavy and a lot of sludge will be formed.
