Probably a strange comment to see on something like this, but last year I was officially diagnosed with ADD and a form of anxiety (I think SAD my doc said? not so relevant, sorry) and I've been testing different dosages of a medicine for it to see what works. Unfortunately, while the most effective dosage does focus me pretty well, it also makes me far more energetic and i usually get a rush of adrenaline when it kicks in...similar to an anxiety attack. I was on the verge of a panic attack today when the med kicked in just because I had a lot to do and not much time to do it. I put my earbuds in and set this song on repeat, high volume and a bit bass boosted and after a few listens it pretty much acted like a vigorous mental shake and I managed to calm down enough to actually focus and start being productive. Tl;dr: this song managed to focus me and bring me down from the verge of a panic attack caused by being mentally overwhelmed.
