Played a lot of Camille in soloq. I can say from my experience it sometimes comes down to team composition and strat. I can dominate a matchup, but it doesn't always mean a secure win

Not sure what u mean by "final build" I just name the core items and runes you generally want to have built on the champion and leave it to personal decision making as to what u would build for that specific game Cuz builds vary depending on matchup so as long as u understand what needs to be built u can mix and match the items to help u deal with every situation.

recently. a lot of camille players have been using comet, since if u ult then use comet, its a free 25% of enemies health as magic damage, aka free kill. I just don't like how I need to aim it instead of being able to tap like ignite
