The floating buildings were the abandoned cloning facilities on Bora Vio, where Omega escaped Cad Bane’s custody all the way in season one.

This show went from cuteness with space girl and her space dad/brother/uncles outwitting baddies, kicking butt and taking names and yeah… now its like no one is safe the stakes are so high

There is absolutely anti-droid sentiment during this and the OT period. Remember, Threepio and Artoo weren't allowed in the Mos Eisley Cantina. It's not ubiquitous, but there are hints of people who have prejudice over it.

Things that HAVE to be resolved 1) clone rebellion? Rex and the boys assaulting Tantiss and freeing clones?! 2) converting Wolfe to leave empire how does that happen?! 3) Identity of the assassin?!?! Character has been dragged on for like 4 eps 4) wild card character, I think we will see a Vader cameo with his 501st stormtroopers putting an End to the rebellion on Tantiss as it will prob get out of hand for Hemlock. Another possibility is Boba Fett being hired by empire. 5) more details on Necromancer. What were those pods that Palpatine and Hemlock opened up and looked into Will Bad Batch get the Rogue Onee treatment and will omega just be left to live her life. I think one BB member will survive but not looking that way.

7:58 Come on Kyle, I would have thought you'd recognise the former Kaminoan facility Cad Bane chased Omega through in season 1. 14:06 Luck has nothing to do with it. Echo knows that nobody higher than a lieutenant is going to be checking new shuttle arrivals in person. 18:42 Of course they didn't. Echo is an extremely skilled ARC trooper. He was the perfect choice for this mission.

I love how _Stranger Things_ - coded the kids' storyline is. It's giving "El breaking out of Hawkins Lab" just minus the Vecna showdown 😂 Also since we got a whole episode establishing how emotionally conflicted Emerie is about the kids, I get the feeling she left Omega to her own devices because even if _she_ couldn't do anything without bringing too much attention to herself, she knew Omega was already capable of breaking out on her own. She probably also figured that Omega noticed where she put the blood samples to be transported for analysis. So she just turned a blind eye and was like "yeah it's fine the kids can totally talk to each other, this _definitely_ won't end in an escape attempt" lol

Definitely feels to me like Emerie is indirectly helping Omega. Being very poignant with the hatch she places the blood samples into, leaving the tray of utensils right next to Omega, looking back as she leaves the cell, and insists she interact with the kids...she already knows that Omega is capable of escaping.

Everyone being awesome today, even Rampart being a tool. Omega has really grown up because as a prisoner she is not helpless, leading the kids on a daring escape. The Empire has already done away with Republic aesthetics which is a lot faster than I thought it would happen, the only things missing are the vehicles like TIEs and Imperial Class 1.

Honestly I'd hoped to see an ISD or two in the show in later seasons as they were actually developed towards the end of the Clone Wars (called the imperator class before being renamed) and it coulda come up behind a venator to show that what we had thought to be the mightiest thing the empire could throw at the batch had just been one-upped by a huge amount when we see how much bigger and stronger the isd is

I love echo so much. In clone wars and now most of all. He was by the book in clone wars and now he’s one of the most capable soldiers thinking outside the box, volunteering for one of the most dangerous tasks. Not to mention, he’s the most fearless and righteous of them all. He wanted to fight against the empire and defend their brothers from the beginning while the bad batch was still dragging its feet on what to do. Let’s go my boy!!! I wish we had more of him through the entire show and my main gripe even before this show ends is that we never followed him and Rex on their journey and war against the empire which is what I want. I want a clone rebellion, Man!

I hope so. Because the show has really taken its time teasing us with it and not making a clone rebellion happen. I wanted it in season 1. Then season 2, it’s our last chance of if they’re not doing it here it’ll have to be somewhere else or I’ll be dissatisfied.

This episode was really fun, and I'm not stoked that we're on the penultimate episode next week. Sure, I want to see the finale but I'm not ready to let this cast go quite yet.

at this point i'm almost convinced they will all survive, but we will get a different show to replace it, that will concentrate on Rex and his group, which will occasionally have Bad Batch characters in it. (That or more of Ventress and or Boba ... or more Ashoka between Tales of the Jedi and Rebels ... ah hell, there is soooo much they can do ...) . I believe we will find out in a year with the first episode at SWC ...

This is showing my age but as soon as you said 'famous actors' I thought, excuse me, Face Loran would like a word, haha. While I wasn't a huge fan of the pacing of the episode, Christopher Lloyd's character did try to hack into a bunch of droids to cause mayhem/an uprising, ostensibly to protest their reliance/laziness, but also, I guess, because he was a Separatist. (Honestly I really wish they had gone farther into his motives around all that). Oh, because you commented - the closed loop thing might be a culture spreader used to inoculate petri dishes :) (Former microbiologist life being useful, haha).

Dude, 18 years after the clone wars ended.They're still throwing droids out of bars on Tattooine.... Even protocol and astromech... Here the wounds are extremely raw.There is massive prejudice against droids (and cyborgs) that persists.
