Are you dampening the strings on the up or the down stroke? I can't tell exactly. I have the same question for your lesson on I Shot the Sheriff. The reason I ask is that I am not getting the percussion sound like you have it (even though I've watched your videos a lot and practiced.) Maybe it is simply that you have talent!
