Here in Puerto Rico, he showed his comedic chops in local variety show, so I knew he would do well in SNL. I'm not a fan of his music, but I loved his appearances in the sketches with Rege-Jean Pierre, and I laughed with his performances. Pedro Pascal's appearance was a great touch! I am positive they will be back. It was nice to hear - in the latina mom and aunt sketch - how they mentioned Jenna Ortega, Ana de Armas and Cardy B as good latina candidates for a girlfriend, giving the show (with latino special hosts) some sort of continuance. Also, I am NOT a fan of Bad Bunny's music, but after his participation on SNL and watching how truly funny and natural he was, I am a fan (not of the music, lol).

I am not the intended audience for the music or the Spanish. But I watched and enjoyed them all. Gotta expand those horizons through exposure - learn other cultures and mores.
