Gabbo’s favorite memory is about you guys! What a genuine guy!! He has a heart for others and that’s rare in today’s world. That’s a real friend right there.

As a collector I have absolutely no desire to complete a set. Why would I want to fill my shelves with filler? A curated collection is more impressive than shelves full of games that suck.

There’s a store in Oklahoma called the Painted Tree which has all types of booths of individual sellers. Some of those sellers in their booths have random stickers you can buy. Two weeks ago when I was there, I found in a sticker bin… A SoCal Gaming Expo sticker that someone made. I had to buy it because I was like “wait! I think that’s PixelGameSquad!” I hope I can venture back to CA one of these days during the convention and experience the “amazingness” as Gabbo would say and meet each and every one of you guys 🙏🤞😊

Goonies II was titled "II" because it was seen as a sequel to the movie. I remember fruitlessly looking for the first one as a kid only to find out later it didn't exist. Also it was hard AF 😂

Hahaha!!! 24:23 I got my childhood copy of TMNT1 signed by Kevin Eastman some years ago! When I presented the game to him, he looked up at me and said "Are you sure? Don't you have TMNT 2 with you? It's the better game." I said nah, and he said "Well OK, but this game is trash!" 😂😂😂😂 I love all three games however. One day I'll have to meet up with him and have Turtles in Time signed. 🔥

I collect for 10 consoles/handheld. 100 games per each max. NES, SNES, N64, Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One. And PS Vita. Everything I grew up with plus the Vita (best handheld imo)

Great episode as always. I totally agree. I don’t think reselling is bad at all now I do get annoyed with people that scalp brand new stuff like buy up every PlayStation they can find from target and then double and triple it

Negative comments for sure are just a waste of everyone’s time, especially the troll. Like, go do something productive with your time! 1:30:00 I agree with Chris. You don’t ever really feel like you win against them. Better to not stoop down to the troll/ hater levels of waste that they exemplify. Also side note**** I hope all you guys have a Merry Christmas and blessed New Year’s with your families (and everyone reading this) 👏🎄

Double dribble is definitely a B+ because if you play modern basketball games, the control design is pretty much the same. I couldn’t get over how 2K and double dribble I play it the same way.

Archon has one of the coolest games in his collection, the cardboard box release of Battletoads on Sega Genesis. I have the cart, it's still kinda hard to find, but it's out there(the cart label has the box art on it whereas the clamshell's cart label is just red with text). What you'll probably never find is the cardboard box, Archon's copy is still the only one I've ever seen, in real life, on ebay, anywhere(he posted it on Instagram after I saw it on your video with him and I freaked out).

The KZbin "KARENS" making videos about all the nasty resellers are ONLY doing it for clicks! Building their channel off the names of well known Tubers. Makes me sick! The true scumbags in my book. I only made the mistake once of watching one (and commented 😅 ) Not feeding those trolls anymore. Way back I had issue with someone taking free items from me and reselling locally. I was all in my head "that's #$%& ! I thought it was going to someone who needed it." But, they did. Just in a way differently than I imagined. So, in reality, the issue was mine not theirs. I have zero issue being a possible helping hand for anyone, especially since I obviously did not need or want the items anyway. Spread joy, not hate ❤❤

I noticed on this latest podcast, Riff made a throw away a comment about the open hand foundation. And you guys have had Jirard on in the past, are obviously friends with him and even invited him back on the show. Just curious what your actual take is on this whole situation, especially since you have yet to say anything. Some transparency here would be greatly appreciated.
