Little known fact, their bass player, Boz Burrell, was the bass player and singer for King Crimson after Greg Lake left and before John Wetton came in. Basically the album Islands and a couple of tours in 71 and 72. He was not a bass player and was originally recruited to just be the singer, but Fripp could not find another bass player, so he decided to teach Boz how to play bass. Apparently he know how play some guitar, so it worked out ok. After Fripp blew up the 71-72 edition of King Crimson, Burrell ended up with Bad Company starting in 1973.

Anyone born before 1970 and has listened to any classic rock had to have heard this song many many times. Wish I had a dollar for every time I've heard it. I'm kind of surprised you haven't honestly...

Love the song. Like the brake down of the beat. Wouldn't have imagined another way, but I that made sense. Very cool.

I'll catch shite for this, but never really caught on to Bad Co. Always seemed flat and colorless to me. I have their FM hits in my Classic Rock Playlist. I'll probably do a pass thru their catalog to see what I overlooked the first time around. Not today though.
