4:04 The sign is for vehicles over 3.5 tons (kg) while that specific vehicle seen on video is an under 3.5 ton "lorry", it even has a "B kortti riittää" sticker on it which means you can drive it with a Passenger car license which is known as B kortti here (C1 is up to 7.5 tons and C is anything above except heaviest stuff with trailers that requires CE license) that vehicle also has SixT sticker on it which is a Rental Company.

@@A_Casual_Observer Now that you mention it, it does not have a Mass amount "specification plate", thus it applies both to vans and trucks, however... it's kind of questionable and usually there are exceptions to roads even without the extra plate that specifies the amount of mass allowed (just like you have to check a speed limits map to see actual speed limits) However, since there's no specification we have to assume it applies to both in this case.

Note to everyone! This video seems not to contain actual bad driving, in the sense you would think, but people doing minor infractions such as speeding. Very disappointing stuff.

7:40 An idiotic drive in such a place around the vehicle combination. Too often, you see how car drivers are unable to assess the space needed for heavy equipment, the field of vision, and the weather conditions.

I did make space as soon as the truck driver indicated what he was doing. I am not a mind reader and the truck driver was lost. Usually when they know where they are going they put on hazards or indicator early on and slow down a lot. I did position myself so that I would be seen from the mirrors of the truck even before the driver had stopped so he could see me at all times.

@@DashcamFinland You could've kept a safe distance to him, instead of driving just a few meters from him, that way there wouldn't have even been a risk of an accident.

I like watching your videos as I live in Jyväskylä 9 vuotta and drive (no dash cam) olen englantilainen. just come back from a weeks holiday in England. Most of what you see here happens every time in the UK. Sorry to say I have drove out of Prisma's car park and didn't stop. 4:11 I have not notices that the outside lane trucks can't use, seen many truck use it.

Kuvaaja näyttää olevan huonoimmasta päästä kuljettajia. Ja Freja-tapaukseen - tie oli jäässä, ja kaksiakselisen veturin vetopyörät eivät jäisessä ylämäessä pitäneet. Ei siinä tilanteessa voi juuri paremminkaan menetellä. Tietenkään kuvaaja ei ymmärrä tällaisia seikkoja, kun ei näytä ylipäätään ymmärtävän liikenteestä mitään. Todella paljon kommentteja tuosta Freja klipistä niin pakko kai jotain sitten vastata. Otsikko oli kopiona muista videoista mitä olen katsellut eikä koske koko videota vaan enemmäkin toimii hakusanana muille jotka haluavat tälläisiä videoita katsoa. Freja päätyi videoon sillä perusteella että se näytti olevan hieman hukassa, joka taas menee kategoriaan "omituisia asioita joita sain videolle". Ei ollut itse ajamisessa mitään vikaa, on vaan paha paikka jos eksyy keskustaan eikä tunne aluetta. Ensimmäisessä klipissä toi sininen pakettiauto kääntyi taakseni joten en voinut peruuttaa tai väistää Frejaa. Joten yritin päästä kuskin näkökenttään eli peileihin, ja sitten väistää sivuun, koska peruuttaminen ei ollut vaihtoehto. Sama toisessakin klipissä, yritin olla näkyvä peileistä ja väistää tarvittaessa. Otsikko on muuttunut uusin videoihin, koska on jo kertynyt tilaajia sen verran että en tarvitse samaa otsikkoa kuin mitä muut samantyyliset videonlataajat käyttävät.

Living in America and having terrifying experiences regularly makes this video very funny to me. Not to say they aren't doing anything bad here, but when I hear about "bad drivers", I anticipate collisions and road rage - especially in my locality. Was that Nightwish at one point? I listened to them years before I became interested in Finland.

I regularly watch dashcam clips from the US, among other countries. And yeah, the clips from US are more extreme than other countries. Yes it was Nightwish.

So. Coming from countries where drivers are terrible this video actually made me feel safe. Only saw 3 terrible dangerous drivers, one mistake from the main driver and got to understand freja fucking sucks at driving

The freja truck probably was just lost which made their driving seem weird and thus was included. Not all clips are purely bad driving and because of this I have moved to more neutral title on newer uploads.

8:01 ei kyllä toinen osapuoli ole mitenkään huonompi kuski. Täyspitkä perävaunu, ja henkilöauton kuljettaja lähes perässä kiinni. Olettaako videon kuvaaja, että rekan kuljettaja oikeasti näkisi hänet, kun kulkee aivan perässä kiinni.

Ei ollut millään tavalla huono kuski. Ihmettelin vain onkohan eksynyt kun ajelee ympäriinsä pitkin keskustaa, välillä peruuttaen. Ajoin tien laitaan siten että rekan kuski näkisi minut peileistä, ja että voisin antaa mahdollisimman paljon tilaa peruuttaa ja muutenkin päästä pois ahtaasta tilasta noin isolla ajoneuvolla. Ja otsikko muutettu uusiin videoihin, koska eihän nämä kaikki klipit kerro vain huonoista kuskeista vaan erikoisista tilanteista mitä likenteessä tulee vastaan.

Seemed to be lost in small downtown streets, going forwards and backwards to avoid driving in circles and also trying to find where they were going. I think they were lost anyway, can't say for sure. I saw them in the same area (within 250 meters) twice inside 30 minute period while doing stuff downtown myself, without seeing them load/unload any cargo. No issue, just showing how difficult it can be if you are lost while driving big trucks on smaller streets. And having no place to pull over to ask or check for directions.

Seemed to be a little lost. The first clip he did reverse into the left, no idea if unloaded any cargo or not. Second clip he reversed all the way to the intersection and then turned left rather than driving around the block to get there.

It seems quite stupid to me. What is a point reversing on a street? I would go just forward and then try to turn somewhere to other street. But it can be a little difficult to drive long truck in a downtown area. And I believe that the driver was very lost from the route.

The grey VW speeds up so much to close the perfectly sized gap for me to merge into that they have to slam on the brakes to stop them from hitting the car in front of them. I should of included rear-view footage to make it more clear probably.

@@DashcamFinland I don't see how that makes him/her a bad driver, as the title would suggest. And also "slam on the brakes" doesn't really seem to fit. The Toyota (?) also merged, but didn't speed up properly after. I believe the VW was just driving the 80 speed limit, but had to slow down because the Toyota was merging at 60. You're merging, you are the one who need's to yield regardless what they do. You see the VW coming, but you are still accelerating to merge, even when you should realize that you can't merge before it passes, but you continue anyway. And then you do a 2-lane lane change right behind it, still accelerating, with a safety gap of what, 3 meters at most. If anyone in that situation was a bad driver, it's you.

The title is old, I have moved to more neutral title on newer videos. Old title came from videos from other uploaders who I regularly watch. My intent is not to call others bad driver because everyone makes mistakes from time to time. Even me. I just figured the videos would get found easier with matching title to other uploaders. I saw that they started to speed with intent to block my merge and I adjusted my actions accordingly to avoid the danger, slowed down and merged behind them. No issues whatsoever for me. But the hard braking almost caused an issue, wasn't prepared for that because I had moved my focus from the car driving ~60 km/h in front to the VW. I see this sometimes, some drivers just speed way past the speed limit or change their speed just to block others whenever possible. Sometimes they even slow down right besides the person on the merge lane and stare at them, this has happened to me once, haven't uploaded video of that yet. Other past time hobby that you see on Finnish roads from some drivers is to block overtakes where they can accelerate up to 140 km/h on 100 km/h roads only when someone attempts to overtake them and then slowing down to 70 km/h when you cannot overtake them. I don't know why but it seems that people just want to bully others on the roads.
