Rain mercilessly pelts the window as you grab the fridge handle. You open it and are taken aback at the display before you. The light inside illuminates the fridge, slick with the blood, gore and entrails of your parents. More blood drips from the freezer. Against your greater judgement you open it to find your parents frozen and decapitated heads, their lips and eyelids are sewn shut. You back away in horror only to slip in a puddle of blood. And at that moment, you feel you are not alone in the kitchen.

With this one I imagine being on a walk on a dead silent snowy winter night and becoming slightly nervous after a stranger passerby seems to keep going the same path as me. As I walk brisker to test them, the feeling of anxiety only intensifies as they keep up. The tension escalates until eventually I realise that I need to run away from them across the street and into the snowy woods, trying to lose them off my tail in the maze of trees. At the end of the song I have arrived on my street and see nobody lurking, but cant help but be hasty before I jinx my escape.

One foggy night, in the middle of the night, I go to grab some milk my brother Tom gave me... I checked the expiration date as usual, it said April 20th 2016... The day was April 19th 2016 at the time of this event. One day before expiration is okay right... RIGHT? I went to my bedroom as I slowly and casually poured my silky white creamy yum all over my cereal, only to notice something. When I put a spoonful (Actually a handful. I'm poor so I can't afford spoons because of my high rent/$5.05) and put it slowly into my mouth, I felt something in the back of my throat... Like a really poorly done deep throat... It was horrible, tasted awful as I began to gag, falling to the floor quickly as I laid there begging for mercy as the... Expired milk... Killed me with it's putrid taste and odor, as my body grew limp... Causing me to become no longer among the living. I was dead, but that's why I am here on April 25th 2016 11:58 to tell you something that can save your life, and your appetite... Never check the label, instead you must sniff the milk, or you just may... Face a torturous and horrid fate that I have already taken. HURRY CHECK YOUR MILK... It's almost midnight... Amelia was slowly walking home from School at around 6:30 pm. Coming home late because of a Cross Country meet. The sun was already setting which was normal considering it was late fall. There were no cars passing. Complete silence except for a distant dog barking. The street lights turned on. Amelia began walking faster, not because she was afraid of someone kidnapping her, but because her mom was and didn't want her to worry. There was a breeze, causing a few leaves to blow around Amelia. She brushed her shoulder length hair out of her face. She finally reacher her house and was safe and she didn't die because it's only been about 7 minutes and I'm already attached to this character.

He hated getting detention during the winter because he had a long walk home and by the time he got out the sun was already starting to set. Not the mention the disappearances of all the children recently made him uneasy about walking home by himself. 𝑆𝑛𝑎𝑝. Another break. The walk back home was a long one so Mike decided he was going to take the shortcut by going through the forest to get home quicker. The only thing is that the thick undergrowth made it much darker and harder for him to see around. 𝑆𝑛𝑎𝑝. Mike turned around after hearing another twig break behind him. "Must've been a deer", Mike muttered. The first kid, Alex, went missing 3 weeks ago. He'd been playing out in the forest like usual but he failed to return home by 8, like he usually did. Alex was an adventurous child so his parents didn't think anything thing bad had happened to him until it reached 10 pm and he still wasn't home. By then they decided to go out to look for him but were unable to find him. The only thing they found was his baseball cap and the book bag he carried around with him all the time. They also noticed a pair of tracks on the ground that seemed to be following some smaller tracks. The police sent a search party out the next day but came up with nothing as well. 𝑆𝑛𝑎𝑝. Mike quickly turned around and could've sworn he saw a silhouette hide behind the trees. "Who's there? ", Mike called out, in a soft voice. Silence. At this point Mike was getting unnerved so he hastily picked up his pace. Alice was the next one to go missing only 3 days later... Randomly wrote this while hearing this song 😅 thoughts?

during the darkest of nights, it came to take them away. they hadn't t need to run for they knew there was no escape. with pleading eyes and misery weighing down their hearts, they came to accept their fate.
