Marco(Demon form) and Yellow Steven are from AU more than the canon. Although the only canon bad end friends are Finn (Ice king crown), Evil Morty and Frisk (genocide Route). Bipper, Beast Wirt and Mewberty Star are almost canon, if it wasn't from the script. If the script were more realistic, the three mentioned before would be canon. Still, some people think that Devil Marco or Mewberty Star are one of the Big Three (B3) and put Finn out of the list, where he is literally the one, the first and the original Bad End Friend. I think that's because he was too soon to the party and the others were almost created at the same time.

For Demon Marco (according to fandom wiki): Demon Marco is either Marco possessed by, or controlled by Tom Lucitor. It is currently unknown as to why this happened. Possible Reasons: Tom was so angry at Marco after he danced with Star at the “Blood Moon Ball” That he possessed him. (This would take place before Star’s ”Mewberty”.) Tom took control of him before Star even came, because he saw his potential, and he thought Marco wasn’t using his gifts to the full extent and possessed him. Here's another backround from the fandom: Demon Marco is Marco Diaz who has been cursed by the power of the blood moon ball. The Blood Moon Ball is an unholy Event for Demons (Demon Prom), to which Tom Lucifer invites Star Butterfly as his +1. He believes that when he dances with Star at the Ball, the Blood Moon will select them to bind their souls together for eternity. Marco doesn’t trust Tom and disguises himself in a Day of the Dead costume and sneaks into the Ball. As he reaches Star to take her away, the Blood Moon light shines down on them and they dance together. After this Event there has been a lot of confusion between Star and Marco regarding their feelings for each other. They try to go back to be friends and go again on adventures. On one of them they encounter an enemy who is willing to nuke Mewni away. As the bombs counts down to detonate, Star opens a portal with her powers and throws the bomb to a dead planet. Everything seems fine, but as Marco wants to go back to Earth, to visit his family, he finds his home destroyed. Not only his home, his city, his country, his whole planet. He figures out that Star threw the bomb not to any planet, it was his. Shock turns to Sadness, Sadness turns to Wrath and Wrath turns to Hate. While he grows a deep hate towards the person who is responsible for this, he doesn’t recognize the Blood Moon shining on him. While the Red-light shines on him, he slowly starts to grow horns on his head, wings from his back and a skull on his face. Marco Diaz became to Demon Marco and promised to take revenge for what Star has done to his world.
