I know difference about hotel & hostel bro.. but that was confirmed booking of hotel.. I double checked with costumer care also.. agoda agreed that it's Booked.. but hotel onwer not accepted because of very low price.. this was the problem.. so it's hotel onwer & agoda fault.. they have issues with each other..

I faced the same but different issue in thailand in 2022 at phuket! I booked a hotel through agoda, but after reaching the hotel in person they said they only book hotel on monthly basis & they said they don’t have any partnership now with agoda! We contacted agoda but they were like please wait we can book another hotel for you which we didn’t listen and cancelled it after that we chose a hotel by ourselves

I know how this might have happen. The booking channel manager company agent might have confused and put the wrong hotel information in the website. This is an agent's mistake from the channel manager company or Agoda. Hotel should contact Agoda to correct the same. They will verify if is it Agoda mistake or channel manager company agent mistake. Contact Agoda for refund

The cheapest room in Nepal with basic standard starts from minimum 1000 Nepali rupees per night and your agency said they booked room for you for 2 nights only on 800. How could you believe on them? Couldn't you recheck yourselves? Your thumbnail is making bad impression about Nepal man. The mistake was made by your agency and you, not by the hotel and Nepal. Better you rewrite the thumbnail.

I don’t even know how this Agoda works. My family runs a small hotel in Kathmandu and we have no connection with Agoda at all. However, I have seen our hotel’s profile on their website and they are taking bookings as well. Fortunately we haven’t got a single booking from them.

It happens. Without prior notice given to the Hotels the booking websites just show the availability of the Hotel, nothing to the blame Hotel . You should polish your brain and make a complain to the booking company instead of blaming the Hotel. It simply exposes your ignorance.

Bhai saheb ye hotel thamel thamel hostel agoda sab milkey gandhu bana raha hey tum ko ha ha hotel thamel ka owner ne bola one and half years sey problems dey rakhi hey and still going on huh? I think mostly tourist ka gandh martey hey, hum nepali, nepal mey jab bhi koi hotel book kartay hey regardless of applications we always call and confirm. The real way how we do it in KTM is find the number of the hotel anyhow and book directly on their system by phone NOT ONLINE booking and thoda bahut setting bhi ho jata hey. Sab commission sey chalta hey KTM setting bina jina muskil hojayayga.
