I have a question after the bypass did you plug those plugs back in or leave them unplugged? I did what you said on the video and it’s recognizing the key but the starter just spins, no crank please help!

The DESS is there to keep the legal owner from riding his bike.

Yeah.. I am the legal owner and if I ever find the jack hole who designed that series DESS for my 2014 RT I will throat punch the arse whole across the state.. take ur key out of the ignition and dont rely on a poorly conceived nanny box..

We did this and started the engine, but the gearbox did not work. The gearbox was automatic

No need to hack up the wiring harness. Just turn DESS off and be over it. Also eliminates the errors on screen.

@@mmusashi9353 Yes. Have done it to many of our customers bikes as well as my own. Turning off DESS works perfectly and eliminates the defective design system.
