ਸਾਡੇ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ Speaker ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੋਢੀ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੈ। ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਨੂੰ ਛੋਟੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਚ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਸ਼ੌਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਸਕੂਲ ਨਾ ਜਾਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਕੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਫਿਰ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਸੰਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਰਲ ਕੇ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਤੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਕੋਈ ਰੋਕ-ਟੋਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਫਿਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਰੀਬੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋਈ ਤੇ ਇਹਸਾਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਇਹ ਕੰਮ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਛੱਡਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ। ਫਿਰ ਅਮਰਜੀਤ Camera DOP ਬਣ ਗਏ ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਫ਼ਿਲਮੀ ਜਗਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਹਤ ਨਾਮ ਹੈ।

Well it is imp to keep mind busy when you quit drugs. any one can quit after they decide to quit drugs. Soch badlani bahut zaroory hai. One can quit over time by reducing amount used.
