I'm having a bit of a shuffle around trying to improve one kit with parts from others. I'm hoping to get a lot of foundation work done on several kits at the same time,while the weather and health. I'm a few months behind you, John. I'm 63 in April. The weather has been terrible here and I've had some bug and just been pottering about doing all sorts. I hope to have a bunch of interiors and chassis's sis sis built up ready for body paint in future🤞🤔😀

I've had all sorts of aches and sneezes for the last couple of weeks so I've been tinkering with a lot of little chores and making swaps with parts but I've had no luck with Mustang kits apart from parts😧🤣

I hope to get a batch of chassis and interiors built up and worry about body paint IF the weather improves😦. Freezing,windy and pissing down here.😧 The Tope Mustangs got some lovely gold lettered Firestone tyres in it. I've stolen them for the Galaxie 😁

The Prestige version of the Galaxie is a good kit to buy. It has lots of parts and a hard plastic display base(which I will show in later video). It cost me about £35. There are lots of custom body parts you might find interesting👍

I see my card hiding there in the video frame. LOL! I wonder if you couldn't find another frame for your Mustang somewhere? Silly experiment for you...see if the 1963 Galaxie chassis fits under the Mustang. I hope the engine parts from those kits I sent you work out. The race cars look pretty cool. The decals would be welcome Pete. Nice to have those on my model instead of the brown stripes. Keep well!

Your card/logo will be staying there,thank you trevor👍😃. Some time an axle will turn up and I'll correct the Mustang,hate to waste the paint😄. I may be mixing quite a few engine blocks with a variety of fitting,I seem to have got stuck on hi-rise twin carbs. That supercharger is massive 😲and may be a struggle to fit,but,it also would not surprise me if it had been in a car kit like this before🤔

Ford electric orange,I put it over a two tone base of silver and metallic black. The paint was from a national car spares company called Halfords, but the orange is a real Ford factory colour👍😀

Yes the Galaxy is looking good. Stretch the frame ,scab in a piece of plastic for the Boss's sorry ,Ford Ruststang, I mean Mustang.😅 I have no problems with FODs ( Foreign object damage) I mean Ford😅😊. I drove my sisters 69 Cinder Chicken for years. I loved that car, 1969 Pontiac Fire Bird.

I really like the color on that Mustang. The paint job looks awesome. Unfortunately, that kit is really a dog. I'm sure glad that Revell made an all new tooling.

Cheers Mike. I feel much better today. I love Galaxies and I need to de-trim this car for racing 😢. It's been hard to do,I've cut 1 door handle off and stopped😢oh the horror,but it has to be done. I hope the Tope goes together. Although I think I'm going to take engines from a Revell 69 Mustang 😧

They are really cool,Butch. Did you mean 60 Starliner chassis?🤔 That has all the detail upgrades and I forgot to flip Starliner over to show chassis changes. I intend doing another couple of vids on all the custom parts and chassis swaps😀🤔. All of these are expensive here so I must be careful not to cock them up🤣.
