A few of my friends and I decided to make throw away characters that were really dorky For whatever reason, we decided to name said characters using Dovahzul (Skyrim's Dragon Language), but with the opposite of who they were (antonyms of their personality/traits, if you will) So you'd get situations like: "This is Tafiirin ('Thief Master'), the town's local nuisance bastard that always steals things but always gets caught; great at looting, shit at scooting" I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in a while

Last character I made was a Tengu who's name came from two sources. First was from Dragon Warrior way back on the NES, a part of the world's history, the legendary hero "Erdrick" (as I remember it being) that the player character was supposed to be long descended from (or something). The other was a street sign. His name was "Erdrick Iroquis" which was intended to sound as much like bird noises as I could easily reproduce.
