The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
BUT depositions were reschedule and ordered by the Judge
LIEnette goes off on our lawyer during her deposition
And then destroys evidence
BUT she can't destroy the text messages that she has sent

Scary thing about protective orders is that they can be abused. I had a friend's crazy ex file one against him and would somehow show up everywhere he went, completely messing up his life only because she made a sob story to a judge and was believed. Poor guy went grocery shopping, she would show up somehow. His only safe space was at work on Federal property that she could not access. He ended up basicly living at work for months. (we had full living quarters there). He finally found a tracking device on his car while changing a tire. Fortunately, some of our part timers were State Troopers and baited her into following him around town and detained her for stalking.... The judge was not happy to say the least.

Interesting re LIEnette's message regarding keeping a firearm on her at all times. I don't know about Florida, but here in California once a restraing order is filed against someone they MUST relinquish All firearms during the restraining order. If it's the same there as here, it is a Felony violation punishable by immediate incarcaration!
