@@julbri7105ere we go with the, "SOME OF MY BEST FRIENDS ARE BLACK" Card👈🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Don't leave home without it🙄 The black wrestlers who put up with Dusty Rhodes weren't his friends, and they didn't RESPECT him: They FEARED👈 him, because he was either the BOOKER, or he had alotta influence WITH the booker, and that's a big difference. And I liked Dusty: He's one of my all time favorite wrestlers, but I'm gonna tell it like it is. This was apart of who he was. A product of the times. The Brothas lower on the card were AFRAID of pissing him off, and NOT getting booked, NOT making money, and being run outta the territory 👈. So they towed the line. They took WHATEVER he felt like giving them. Bad News Brown didn't care....he could simply pack up, and go to Japan/Mexico/Canada, and make as much money, if not more, so he spoke his mind, and Dusty had to accept that. He was his OWN MAN👈. Like Ron Simmons, Bobo Brazil, and Butch Reed (RIP). You notice that there aren't that many black men on that list. The reason why is because they are that rare. Bad News Brown was a MAN, and he stood on it, 10 toes down, and that's the difference.

I think the funniest story there was the one that Cowboy told about picking Ernie Ladd and his wife up at the airport. He had the big Cadillac and pulled up to the curb, picked them up and Ernie hopped in the back seat. Watts goes " big guy, come sit in the front here, there's way more room for ya" Ernie sat back put his arm around his wife and said "See baby just like I told you... if you marry me someday I'll get us a big fat honky chauffeur" Bill's Cadillac did not move for about 5 minutes because Watts was laughing his ass off so hard he couldn't drive. I thought back to watching Gran Torino and people's outrage on the one KZbin videos where they basically pasted together every insult and racial slurs out of context. " what the hell is wrong with this guy why would they make a movie like this?" Watch the movie and you'll get it. It is called ballbusting and it's how men complement or show affection for one another. Not to mention if you actually watch the movie you will see that things are not what they seem from the clips as far as racism goes.

Wrestling has always been racist as fuck the white boys get to be rock stars and big beast with as much attitude as possible, black guys had to dance and wear parrots never get title runs, and Mexicans had to wear sombreros and have burritos coming out of there pocket of yoy looked Asian well shit your a ninja or karate man. Wtf gotta love the world we live in.

@@marvinweinrichjr7011 Also when she the lady they called Sapphire she left the WWF and went to Memphis where they still said she was sapphire from the WWF. Her story is she was a big wrestling fan in the south enough so they eventually hired her.

I commend BNB for confronting RACISM in the wrestling industry! It's a surprise to hear that Dusty used that word in front of Black wrestlers. Dusty Rhodes is one of my favorite wrestlers ever, and it is because he had so much SOUL! So it's a bit of a let down that he would use that word.

He says he dont care about phony titles and blah blah blah and says he was in it to make money. Then directly after says " I wont job for him unless he jobs for me" or something like that. Why would he care if he was only in it for money??? Also did he realize that you made more money if you were a champ? I don't believe Vince would have asked for his opinion on anything either. He was a mid carder at best. His most memorable feud was with Piper which probably made him more money. The guy is gone so may he RIP, but I believe he was full of it in this interview.

Chip on his shoulder?? What?? Back then the WWF was so low key racist..bad news brown had to check the disrespect back then..Vince knew exactly what he was doing when he used the name "Sapphire".. Piper, Hogan, ole anderson, Tully Blanchard, Flair, Dusty, Dick Murdock, Vince, buddy Roberts, etc were all low key racist back then..alot of them mask it now or just changed their ways..you and I both know that.
