Evening Jof, i'm fairly new to you and your channel, I've followed this whole trip, i really enjoyed it, your enthusiasm is great. I'm heading that way late June for 35 days in my Crafter with a Ducati in the back for trips out...... I'm going to be using some of your camper park ups / campsite. I always use Newhaven Dieppe when i go to Europe, i find it a lot more relaxed/quiet....... Good luck with your HGV issuse, i look forward to your next trip.

Hi Jof, follow your adventures with relish! Re. DVLA, I had the runaround with them when I tried to regain my HGV. In the end it proved easier to downsize the moho!

Brilliant informative & very entertaining Vlogs , watched them all , What we going to watch now ?. On the subject of DVLA licence having had to apply at the age of 70 to keep my C1 category & having 1 stent & ablation procedure 10 years ago when I need to renew I have to go to the hospital to do treadmill test , done twice now have had no health problems since but DVLA insist on tests , licence up for renewal in 18 months think will drop the C1 . Good luck on your application. How much were your fuel costs for the trip ?

Thanks Stephen, not worked out the fuel, but we did see a 36 day med cruise 🚢 8k / person 🧍‍♂️, it was a drop in the ocean 🌊 compared to this.🚍🌴🏨👌🌍

Good luck with the HGV License🤞, but I thought you were a mechanic Jof! Your trip is now over for now and we are about to embark on ours in April - June covering France and Spain whereby I have noted some of your stopovers, but Campsites are expensive just like parking at the seafront where my wife likes to be. Since you travel around would you say that I should book sites/aires in advance? Just wondering what your power set up is as I only have 1 x 120 watt solar panel on the roof (I think) and the vans std solar charge controller and I don't have a power bank yet! Many thanks Drew, I’m not totally reliant on the license but does help with my job. Tbh Drew the camping car park scheme is excellent for France and always have EHU, maybe just a small power bank as a backup would be sufficient. Think if you know a camping site that you want to stay for a week or so book apart from that go with the flow.🏨🚍👌🌴🙏🌍

Hope you're a bit more settled there after your epic trip. Thanks again for letting us all come along. I understand a bit about your DVLA issues as I had to stop bus driving for a little while when I had a dizzy spell. DVLA are a cautious mob but I'm sure you'll be fine after the Dr reviews it all. Oh, I'm surprised your Burstner is 3500kg as I thought all were over that. We're looking at a new to us moho soon and now will look at Burstners. Thanks again. See you next adventure.
