If rates increase, taxes will also increase, due to which people will stop buying properties in Pakistan. Already, people are being heavily taxed, and with this new update, neither can anyone start businesses nor buy properties. If property prices are already high, it would be very kind of you to not increase taxes, considering the hard-earned money of the public.

According to my experience, issa koi zayada impact nai parhy ga q ka agar koi onwards 2024 tax year ka bad property purchase kar raha ha tou seller ko already 15% capital gain tax dena hoga tou ya wahn adjust hojaega. But for purchaser side ya Thora mushkil hogaya yahn purchaser ko pay zayada karna parh jaega but it is adjusted and refundable

Dear I think your method of calculation of % increase is not correct. You simply divided new value 5400 by old value 3000. This is wrong. Plus I think it's not 80% increase but new value is 80% of fare markit value. You may comment if I am wrong

میری اپنی انکم ٹیکس ریٹرن میں ۔۔ بیوی کی 2 پراپرٹی میں سے 1 پراپرٹی تو بیوی کی شو کرا دی۔۔ لیکن 2 پراپرٹی میں name of wife لکھنا بھول گے ہیں تو اس سے کوئی ایشو تو نہیں ہو گا انکم ٹیکس ریٹرن 2021 سے ہی ایسی ہی چلی آ رہی ہے مہربانی فرما کر رہنمائی فرمائیں

دراصل حکومت چاہتی ہے کہ پیسہ پراپرٹی کے بجائے بزنس میں جائے یا فکس ڈپازٹ میں جائے یا سیونگ سرٹیفیکیٹ میں جائے یا اسٹاک مارکیٹ میں جائے ۔ اس سے منی سرکولیشن بڑھے گی۔ جن کو پراپرٹی کی واقی ضرورت ہوگی ۔ وہ ٹیکس ہر حال میں دیگا ۔ جبکہ انوسٹر کیلیئے ٹیکسس کی وجہ سے کوئی دلچسپی نہیں رہے گی۔ جس کی وجہ سے پراپرٹی اپنی اصل قیمت کی طرف واپس آجائیگی۔ کیا یہ بات حیرت انگیز نہیں تھی کہ دیوالیہ ہونے کے قریب ملک میں پراپرٹی روزانہ کی بنیاد پر بڑھ رہی تھی ۔ اس کی وجہ کالا دھن ہے۔ ان ٹیکس چوروں نے پاکستانی عوام کو برباد کردیا ۔

کالا دھن سرکاری افسران کے پاس ہوتا ہے، لیکن کرپشن کنٹرول کرنے کی بجائے پراپرٹی سیکٹر کو تباہ کیا جا رہا ہے۔ جو اوورسیز پاکستانی ہیں انکی اکثریت پراپرٹی میں انویسٹ کرتے ہیں اور ایسے جاہلوں والے حربوں سے فارن ریمٹنس کم ہو گی جس سے مزید نقصان ہو گا۔
